2026 SHIPPING POLICY — NEW RELEASES
To streamline operations for 2026, Seya Garments will follow this updated shipping schedule:
- Premade items: Ship within 3-4 business days
- Made to order items: Ship within 3-6 weeks
- Shipping Days: Orders go out every Monday and Friday
- Delays: Customs clearance or carrier delays may occur
- Updates: Shipping information will be posted regularly on Instagram @behindseya via Stories and the Highlights section
Please be patient as we operate with a small team focused on quality fulfillment.
PREORDER SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
Before purchasing any preorder item, customers must agree to our Terms & Conditions by checking the required box at checkout. This includes clear, written acknowledgment of the extended shipping timeline.
- Preorder shipping timelines are included on the product page and in your email confirmation (4-6 weeks)
- Updates on preorder progress will be posted every Monday on our homepage
- Additional updates may be shared on Instagram @seya.us / @behindseya throughout the week
Reminder: Sending more than one email about the status of a preorder will result in an automatic refund, and you will forfeit access to that item.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PREORDERS
We respond to one email per customer about preorder production timelines and delivery expectations. This response will provide all available details.
However, if a customer sends two or more emails asking when their preorder will arrive, the order will be automatically refunded, and the customer will lose access to that item. This is to maintain order flow and ensure all customers respect the clearly posted timelines listed on product pages and at checkout.
