Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping on all US orders.
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order directly on our website.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are: USA 5–10 days, International varies by location.
It can take 1–2 days for your tracking to update after your label is created. If you don't see movement after 2 days, email us at contact@seyagarments.com with your order number in the subject line.
Check with neighbors, your building's front desk, or any secure delivery locations nearby. If your package is still missing 24 hours after the delivery update, email us at contact@seyagarments.com with your order number.
Seya Garments is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a successful delivery has been confirmed to the address provided at checkout. Please email us at contact@seyagarments.com with your order number and we will do our best to assist you.

PRODUCT


We recommend checking the size chart on each product page and comparing it to a garment you already own. Our pieces are designed with an oversized fit — size down if you prefer a more fitted look.
Every piece goes through a quality check before it ships. If something isn't right, email us at contact@seyagarments.com with your order number and photos of the defect and we will make it right.
We recommend washing all pieces in cold water and laying flat to dry to maintain the fit. If shrinkage occurs, wash in cold water again and gently stretch the garment back to shape while damp.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay with installment options available.
Due to the volume of orders we process, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order is confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Check your spam and promotions folders. If you paid with Apple Pay, check the email associated with your Apple ID. If you still can't find it, email us at contact@seyagarments.com.
All discount codes are paused on drop day to keep things fair for everyone. Your code will be active again after the drop and can be used on future purchases.
