JUST START BUILDING
i used to love building legos as a kid. not because anyone told me to — just because there was something about turning a pile of random pieces into an entire world that made complete sense to me.
then school happened!!
pick a lane, stay in it, and somewhere along the way you just... stop asking yourself what you actually want.
i got caught up in that for a longggg time.
the theme of today's post: life doesn't hand you instructions. it's your job to figure out what to build with what you've got.
then covid hit and everything stopped. and for the first time in a while it was just me, alone with all these random pieces i'd been collecting my whole life without even realizing it.
so i started creating. video editing. poster design. anything that made me feel like i was actually building something real.
and somewhere in all of that i found fashion. not because i was obsessed with clothes — but because it was the one place that let me bring everything together at once.
design. storytelling. production. presentation.
a red t-shirt is just a red t-shirt. but build a world around it and it becomes something completely different. something people actually feel.
that's what seya is. not a fashion brand. not a box. just a pile of pieces being built into a world, one drop at a time.
p.s. if you're sitting with a pile of pieces you haven't figured out yet — i get that more than you know. seya started exactly there :)
every drop is the next page. thanks for being part of the story
